Andy Lightfoot is a British photographer based in Hiroshima, Japan. More artistic than technical, he has been taking pictures since childhood, not only to document his worldwide travels, but also to transform the mundane and everyday into something unique through his attention to the patterns, textures and colour combinations that most people fail to notice.

All images on this site were captured using Nikon digital cameras, in particular the D7000, D90 and D50, with post-production in Apple Aperture.
